What Makes a Business Attractive to a Seller? It’s a question we hear often, but it’s one that almost always comes with a series of follow-up questions. What steps can be taken inside the business to make it more attractive for a sale? How do I know that my business is ready for the transaction dance? It’s never too soon to consider the answers to these questions. Join us for a panel discussion about the considerations business owners and C-level executives should keep in mind before an exit – even if that exit is years away from fruition. Mother's Day Generations United

Honoring “FAMILY UNITY” on Mothers’ Day Weekend. An event for 111 females (mothers, daughters of all ages). The event will honor the many mothers who make tremendous sacrifices to inspire and empower families. Sponsors will be announced throughout the event. Also, vendors can display their work or service. On Saturday May 12th, we will bring breakfast to the mothers that are sick and shut in within a 10 miles radius of Ellenwood Oaks Community Church 1234 Panola Rd, Ellenwood, GA. We will be serving the mothers whose children or families that may not be in the area to celebrate Mother’s Day with them. We will provide transportation to the luncheon within a 10 miles radius. Fairview Elementary Gents Club and nearby male youths will be escorting the mothers from their car to buildings and properly seat them. Generational speakers from 98 year-old great-great grandmother, great-grandmother, grandmothers, and mothers will give wisdom to the younger generation. Also, listening to the needs of elementary girls to college ladies of what they need from the prior generations. Entertainment from local artists. Between the speakers and entertainment, we will offer gifts, and play games to enthuse the audience. Then the gents (sons, husbands, male youth groups) will escort and seat the females to the dining building for a delicious and healthy lunch with selected herbal teas. The males will serve the women, per their selected meals and drinks. An herbalist will demonstrate the preparation of teas. Her approach to healing is deeply rooted in using sacred plant medicine combined with a spiritual self-care practice to help one reclaim wholeness after trauma as well as to uncover the root cause of physical pain and illness. Ending the luncheon with giveaways and escorting the ladies back to their cars with a rose and a smile. The celebration is for the females with males serving for the afternoon at the same time teaching the young males how to be gentlemen.
